" Our vision is a clear mission: develop people, build platforms, and create lasting legacy."
About Jermaine Edmondson Sr.
As the Founder of Organic Music, Jermaine Edmondson Sr. brings more than three decades of experience in the music industry to his work in artist development, live entertainment, and creative content.
His approach is centered on identifying potential and helping artists build the foundation needed to grow—creatively, professionally, and strategically. Through preparation, accountability, honest feedback, and intentional development, Jermaine works to help artists better understand their strengths, strengthen areas that need development, and position themselves for opportunities within the entertainment industry.
His vision for Organic Music extends beyond individual artists. Jermaine is building a platform designed to create opportunities through artist development, curated live experiences, original content, and strategic partnerships.
At the center of his philosophy is a simple belief: talent may open the door, but development, preparation, and consistency are what allow an artist to be ready when the opportunity comes.
It's Organic.
